Preparing for your procedure
Our clinical staff will contact you before your procedure to review your health history and answer your questions. Please review your post-operative care instructions with your doctor so you have everything you need at home for recovery.
- Starting at midnight the night before surgery, do not eat or drink anything, including water, gum, and mints.
- If you take prescribed medications, ask your physician whether to continue them, with a small sip of water, before or on the day of surgery.
- You cannot drive yourself home. Arrange for a responsible adult to drive you; we will call your driver 30 minutes before you are ready to leave.
- Arrange for a responsible adult to stay with you for 24 hours after surgery.
- A locker is available for your clothes. Please leave jewelry and valuables at home.
- You will be asked to remove contact lenses, so wear glasses if possible.
No surprises
Our goal is to provide the most affordable care. Before your surgery, we will review your insurance coverage and tell you your out-of-pocket costs.
Our billing department works to collect as much as possible from your insurance company to minimize your out-of-pocket expenses. Please contact us with any billing questions.

From the 405: take Santa Monica Blvd east 2.7 miles; turn right onto Bedford.
From the 10: exit at Robertson, go north 2.7 miles, turn left on Burton Way, drive 1.7 miles, and turn left onto Bedford.
Bedford is a one-way, southbound street.
